When Losses Becomes Wins!

Houston native Tiffany Curry is the first sole African American broker/owner of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise in the world. Curry’s new firm, BHHS Tiffany Curry & Co., REALTORS is also the first woman-owned BHHS in Houston, which pairs a franchise with a boutique appeal where agents and clients receive personal service and hands-on support. Tiffany opened in January of 2020 with 12 Agents, 1 Interior Designer, 1 Marketing Manager, 1 COO. The average volume per agent was $4,350,000. Tiffany’s 2021 Goal is to add 30 individual agents and 12 teams. Tiffany also moved into her new office in Uptown Houston District. The facility enables the firm to offer high-tech training and is a state of the art facilities and entry into Houston’s Global/International Network.

Curry looks to grow her firm over the next 10 years, with a location in each of Houston’s high-traffic areas. As a top BHHS agent and certified relocation specialist for over 13 years, Curry has received numerous recognitions including BHHS President’s Circle and Chairman’s Circle Gold awards. She also holds the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar GUILD designation for the successful sale of million-dollar homes. Curry is the Houston Association of REALTORS youngest ever REALTOR of the Year 2011, Houston Business Journal 40 under 40; named Woman of the Year in 2017 by GPT Houston, and in 2018 she was inducted into The National Civil Rights Hall of Fame. “Sometimes you have to lose to win, never give up.
